A 2014 study identified that CBD helps to decrease the production of sebum that contributes to acne, partly as a result of its anti-inflammatory outcome.  This trial was constrained by a small sample dimension and only enrolled Adult males, so more facts is required to check if CBD has the same effect on Women of all ages.
